What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organisation, work email, the enquiry type you choose, and the message you write. Our servers also keep standard technical logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, as part of operating the site securely.
Why we collect it and the lawful basis
We use the contact form details to read and respond to your enquiry and to follow up about it. We use server logs to keep the site available, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse. Our lawful basis for both is our legitimate interests: responding to people who get in touch with us and keeping the website secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the site. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed content from other providers. We embed video from YouTube, and booking from Calendly. When you interact with these embeds, the provider may receive data such as your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by its own privacy policy rather than ours. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months, unless a working relationship continues, in which case we keep them for as long as that relationship needs. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and operational purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting and email providers, and only under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it.
